I'm a bit lost as to what that means.
Is the ball bouncing a long way when it hits the green?
What is putting like?

When set to "Hard" If the ball hits the green with anything other than a putter it will have a considerable bounce on it before stopping. Stimp 9 means when putting the ball it will act like your putting through treacle.
