anyone else getting pg game crashes just after you start the game up and select tournament tab? happens more often for me lately....sometimes 2 or 3 times....ive verified game files so it cant be that.....strange

this file was straight after a crash

Okay nothing in there out of the ordinary ...

1. When you click the "TOURNAMENTS" tab is it throwing an error then closing or just closing?
2. Does it actually work sometimes when clicking on the "TOURNAMENTS" tab?

Can you take a look in the Windows "Event Viewer - Application" log and look for any Perfect Golf entries ...


and copy/paste the "Faulting application" section.

when it crashes i dont get a message....i click tournament tab then curser pins blue then back to desktop.....but its not all the time after 2 or 3 attempts it starts without issue...

Open an elevated "Command Prompt" ...


in the window that appears type in the following. Hint: Use "SELECT ALL" to save time/errors ...
once complete type this in ...
Right click over the "Command Prompt" window to paste the contents of the above 2 commands into it.

Once both have completed restart your device.

It has happened to me also, with the additional problem that steam shuts down also. Sometimes I have to reboot my computer as when double clicking the PG icon does not do anything and same for Steam Icon. I would say maybe once per week or so.

Steam does site maintenance every Tuesday late PM - that will crash your game too
