I snapped my tee shot on hole 11. Unfortunately, I couldn't play the ball any further as it was in a place where it bounced back to the starting position every time I tried to play it. This made it impossible for me to continue my round. Is it possible to reset hole 11 so that I can continue my second round? Thank you in advance.

There is no record of you having started to play the 2nd round of the PGA 18 tourney.

I'm going to hazard a guess you meant the PGA Tours (Majors) event. However the resume shows you are on the 12th tee having hit 9 shots on Hole 11 so you did manage to complete Hole 11.

Mark, i stopped then on Hole 11 about the Issue i wrote and you are right it's Palm Beach Tournament. Sorry my Fault

I can no longer roll it back to the Hole 11 tee as your resume shows you are on the 12th Hole tee. The only other thing I can do is completely remove the resume.
