Morning
On certain courses I seem to be downloading empty course folders . When I go back to try again I just get the save bit at the bottom . Any solutions.

Can you let me know which course(s) you have tried to download please.

Those 3 courses download fine for me and contain the correct folder structure plus the files.

Thanks for doing that . It seems to be only these 3 . Further investigation needed

Your browser should have a way to display recent downloads. Check that and see if it shows the download has completed. Sometimes your computer/browser's malware protection will block "suspicious" downloads that are actually safe, and there should be an option to override and download it anyway.
