So, where does one see these "Divisions"?

which as always can be accessed via Tournies then The Divisions in the main menu.

Your starting Divisions have been sorted so you can see who your initial foes are. If you name is not in there, as you play you will be added to the feeder Division which gets players promoted to a Division at the end of the month.

As per original pm to all, Divisions were decided by getting the most active 75 players in February then sorting on Power Score rating.

For what it's worth, in the Rules for Division play, the PG Classics tourney is mentioned instead of Division tourney.
