I thought we were not doing 3D courses for tourneys.
Glad we are.
If we had a vote, I would vote to avoid them.We try to keep both the 3DG version and non-3DG version of a course because of issues with lag on the 3DG version. When we set tournies we actively try to avoid 3DG versions.
If you have those 2 versions of the same course installed it can most definitely cause problems. Many folks don't realize the importance of deleting the previous version of a course.LinksPro wrote: Sun Feb 16, 2020 6:22 pm I think there is a choice Paul. I have 2 other Kingswood files for courses. Kingswood_v_final and Kingswood_v_final2. Are they the same course? I know my computer is a bit older but I cannot afford to update currently. The 3D courses glitch on me. I missed 2 short easy putts the first round due to a glitch. This was a response from Mark regarding 3D courses for tourneys a while ago.;

I have 2 drives on my computer. A 128GB Solid State Drive where the game and all the stock courses are installed and a 300GB D: drive where I put all the extra courses. I have over 300 courses on the D: drive and when I need one for a tournament I just move it over. Once the tournament is finished, I put it back in the other drive. I don't think they cause any problems.If you have those 2 versions of the same course installed it can most definitely cause problems. not everyone wants to go through all those changes to play a tourney, nor wants all the extra coursesLinksPro wrote: Sun Feb 16, 2020 11:35 pmI have 2 drives on my computer.
