I really hope the site isn’t gone, for many reasons, but mainly because I think it’d be really poor form and a tremendously unprofessional exit and finish for Mike and Andrew.

You just don’t treat paying, loyal, long time customers like that - in my book anyhow.

Hopefully something more positive is afoot and the reason the site is still gone.

Agree with this 100%. If they just bowed out without any indication of shutting down, that is just well... bad. I know the posts there were at an all time low in discussing the actual game, but still, a quick announcement would have been sufficient. But on the flip side, kind of "par for the course' in the communications department..

I believe the Social Site is tied to steam servers, so makes sense that it is still up and running.

Whats going on woke up today ready to play a tournie and bam GONE, does anybody know when the servers are going to be back up? I think we should get are own servers for PGLS site then we can advoid such misery, can i get some feedback on this proposal.. Tks cubbies---Terry

Sounds like the game is dying in front of our eyes. Very sad as it was the best golf game ever and if it's done it will be a huge hole in my gaming world.

If it was just the pp forum no more available.. Then well, okay, let's share our passion here or at another site for example and if possible. Personally I wouldn't mind as I too much love this sim and course forge.
But if it was no more possible to play user created courses..? Would this mean the death of all these courses and probably this website here too? Is this true?
