Welcome to the Survivor tourney where you might play 4 rounds of 9 holes for a chance to be in the Top 10 after 4 rounds to earn yourselves some points !!
Each round of the Survivor tourney is played for 3 days, with a 1 day rest period after 4 rounds before restarting. At the end of Rounds 1, 2 & 3 the following cuts will take place ... End of Round 1 Top 40 (plus ties) qualify for Round 2 and scores are zeroed. End of Round 2 Top 20 (plus ties) qualify for Round 3 and scores are zeroed. End of Round 3 Top 10 (plus ties) qualify for Round 4 and scores are zeroed. Round 4 Top 10 (plus ties) shoot it out and points awarded for where you finished or for the round reached. Points awarded Round 1 non-qualifiers - 2 points Round 2 non-qualifiers - 4 points Round 3 non-qualifiers - 6 points Round 4 - 1st = 30 points, 2nd = 27 points, 3rd = 24 points, 4th = 21 points, 5th = 18 points, 6th = 16 points, 7th = 14 points, 8th = 12 points, 9th = 10 points and 10th = 8 points In the event of a tie the points are split evenly between the players involved. IMPORTANT Please make sure you have checked that your Steam ID is valid and that you are using a player that is set to the same level as your PGLS Level. If it isn't then you may not be able to start the Survivor tourney or it will not record the score once you have completed the round. Take a look at the following forum topic to see how to set your PLAYER correctly in the PG game Setting PG player level If you invite players to a round, they need to also make sure that they have signed up to PGLS, have a valid Steam ID and that they are using a player that is set to the same level as their PGLS Level, otherwise they will also be unable to have their score added to the PGA 9 tourney. Please note that if you leave the Survivor tourney when it is open and you have played any rounds, you will be prevented from rejoining the Survivor tourney for the duration it is still open. All settings for each round are set by the Perfect Golf API system. Details on this can be found below in the How it works section Rounds can be played solo or with others up to a maximum of 8. Players are able to play along with others in any round they have already completed. However their scores will not be counted. |

All matches can only be played directly from the Perfect Golf game. To do so please click on TOURNAMENTS down the left, then click on PUBLIC.
You will then see the Survivor listed and the round you haven't played. All rounds are resumable which is indicated against each round with Resume. You can stream / record your round on Twitch TV if you like. Click the following link on how to do this ... Twitch TV |
