As we have the REAL course available to play on PGA18 this week, we will hold our next Pro-Am tournament starting on Thursday.
Who will your professional partner be?
Will you score better than him?
Will you be celebrating by drinking champagne from the Pro-Am trophy? Or will you be popping anti-depressants in the locker room wondering why your game was so bad...?
The first leaderboard will appear late Friday night or early Saturday morning, when we know which REAL pro's have made the cut...
PRO-AM - John Deere Classic
Re: PRO-AM - John Deere Classic
So far there are 61 PGLS/PRO pairings showing on the leaderboard - but a few of the leaders from the actual REAL event are still up for grabs!
If you haven't yet played a PGA18 round, when you do you will be allocated one of the remaining PRO's soon afterwards. And remember - only scores from rounds 3 and 4 count in the Pro-Am!

Re: PRO-AM - John Deere Classic
With all the REAL Pro scores now in, it's up to the PGLS players to show us their mettle!!
Currently rockerrob79 (and Charles Howell III) lead the way at -18, but a number of other pairings could deny them the win.
Charlieb (and Anirban Lahiri) and scoops100 (and Scott Stallings) are still capable of storming through with each pair having one round to play. With two rounds to play, and more of an outside bet, are norm474 (and Collin Morikawa), Duval 59 (and Viktor Hovland), parman (and Nick Watney), Murfman89 (and Russell Henley), and JohnDaly$$ (and Wes Roach).
And don't discount the possibility of someone else having a stellar last couple of rounds to take home the trophy!!
It's still all to play for!!

Re: PRO-AM - John Deere Classic
Yup, if, say, 75 Pro's make the cut in the REAL event, if you play ANY PGA18 round and you're one of the first 75 PGLS players to do so, you will be paired up with a REAL pro and entered into the tourney!
Re: PRO-AM - John Deere Classic
Unfortunately we had a, let's say, technical issue with this tourney and all details have been lost!! Very disappointed as it looked to be a close-run finish.
The Pro-Am idea is still in its' infancy and we're still learning what to do and what not to do! However, we have initiated a Pro-Am this week for The Open Championship, even though we do not have the real course, Royal Portrush, available to play, so get that first PGA18 round played to see which REAL pro you are matched with...
