Chambers Bay handicap holes

Are the indexes correct on that course? I am giving 4 strokes and all 4 are par 3s. Never seen a course like that.

I can only agree with that assessment Perc. All 4 Par 3's have indexes of 15 - 18.

The indexes are set by the course designer and thus we have no control over them and according to this scorecard on the courses website they are correct ...

I dont know why but most courses use par 3s for high index numbers on Handicap, its not just this course.
