Hidden scores

Post by davefv92c »

can I ask a question, why are the scores hidden till you play?
just seems silly to me, and to be honest, I see this as a way to force people to play.
kinda like being a bull and having a ring put through my nose to be led around by.
just a total turn off when it comes to a game I'm supposed to be on here to have fun with.
makes me totally rethink participating in as I don't need to be led around.
how do others feel about this?

I see it as sort of teeing up on the 1st and not knowing what a good score is, bit like the Pros in the morning...then you see the scores after you finish the round.

Don't see it as forcing you to play at all or being led round.

Just my opinion.
The scores may be unrealistic, or even a joke but heyho, that's what we got.

Play well and enjoy your game everyone! :drinks:

btw, not a game for snowflakes.

Its not that big a deal to me. I would prefer to see the scores, but it just ain't a game changer.

I like it it reminds me of the perfect golf tourney's where you couldn't see other players score till you'd completed the hole adds a bit of mystery to the game especially when you look and someone's scored - 40 puts me off even trying knowing I can't get near it.

Yes, all fixed now.

Current scores shows the Tour event you are not in only. Also, you can see the scores for the Tour you are not in, but not the event you are in until you have played and then only the scores for the rounds you have completed.
The scores may be unrealistic, or even a joke but heyho, that's what we got.

Play well and enjoy your game everyone! :drinks:

I am playing the Continental this week and I looked at America scores and could see them in advance.
