Mark,

My partner and I had a problem on hole 15 (pairs) and were incorrectly charged a penalty shot. For all 4 rounds (up until hole 15) he was lead off and I was picking the scramble shot. On hole 15 he hit his shot in the lat hazard and got no post screen (cause he hosted). We both exited and when we returned, I was lead off an he was picking the scramble shot. Anyway, we played on, but we were incorrectly charged a penalty shot when we should not have been (my shot remained in play).
