Teed off on H18, R1 with ball landing in fairway. No continue, just sent me back to the tee with no way to hit. Exit and resume put me on tee at 18 again for first shot. Played out the hole to a par, but incurred a penalty after the round. I don't think the penalty should count as I had no other way to continue play. Thanks.
