Wrong Penalties in the scoring.

Yesterday, I played the first round of this tournament, and was accessed a penalty of -$2500 on two holes, #1 and #6 for "missing a putt of feet or less". See video. Both holes were bogies for not getting out of the frickin pot bunkers. On hole 1 my second shot from the pot bunker (after being plugged on the first shot) hit the flagstick and bounced back 13 feet on the green. I made the only putt I attempted on the hole. On hole 6, I also landed in a pot bunker, too close to the wall to get out. My second shot from the bunker laded 5 feet away, and I made the only putt attempted on that hole.

This occurred on Hazard 9, not Stableford 9. It is open today.

Apologies I put the wrong tourney in my reply but Hazard 9 was closed yesterday and the course has changed as of today.

As you only completed the 1 round I was checking to see if anyone else had this issue for the week just finished ...

I guarantee you, I will be in a pot bunker in the next Hazard 9, faster than anyone else who plays. I'll let you know if it happens again.
