Hi Jean,

Just wanted to let you know of an issue we have had today on your excellent Rhode Island Country Club.

Playing the PGA9 Round 3, one of our members achieved a hole-in-one but was then, despite being presented with a post shot screen which said he had done so, was 2 inches from hole with no ball visible. Upon tapping in, the player scored a 3.

He unfortunately could not supply me with a live recording, but has sent a saved shot, which confirms the ball did end up with an In Hole final result.

Wondering if this is a cup issue, or anything you may be aware of happening elsewhere.

Hole placement used was position zero.
