As a player playing on both sites and scoring some lower scores at present, I am glad to hear it...

I shall continue to.....click........click........click with no other programs installed to slow down meters or whatever, I know you've watched my you tube video..was my swing slowed down in that?

Stop insinuating people are playing outside the rules, if they are and not winning, that is a very sad state of affairs, just accept some people (sure I've said this before) are good at a game, I for one am pretty crap at others and don't cry foul at the better players.
The scores may be unrealistic, or even a joke but heyho, that's what we got.

Play well and enjoy your game everyone! :drinks:

btw, not a game for snowflakes.

We are actively trying what we can to weed out the cheats and as yet do not have enough evidence to prove it. It is irrelevant whether they are using a controller or not as for all we know players could be using a 3rd party program that rules its use out.

However please do not make the mistake of naming players on the PGLS forums. If you have sufficient evidence send a PM to one of the PGLS staff who will follow it up. Just because a player shoots a great score does not mean they are cheating but could be very good and consistent at the game.

Only bizarre if you assume everyone has the same skills as you editing videos. :nono:

You are trying way to hard to convince me and other players that you are a player with integrity. If you are, good for you. You are also trying to start a forum war with me and that's not going to happen. I don't do that anymore but I sure did a couple years ago.

Not worth the time or the consequences getting into a spat in someone elses site. Not prudent.

I will continue to agree with the Original Poster.

I am personally at the point where I just compare my score against players using a mouse only and forget about where I stand with the others. There is no way to compete with the controller guys as whether they are playing a fade or hook or hitting straight there just is no chance to beat them. I judge how I am doing by looking at the scores of all the mouse guys and that is good enough for me right now but I sure wish there was a way to police the controllers that aren't legit and they are out there.

Now for how can we be seeing guys hitting draws and fades and still hitting all the greens and fairways well here is one way. For those who played Links at LSPN you remember with the RTS swing we had the edgers and to combat we played a lot of courses that were not straight and you had to shape the ball to score and that kept them out of those events and only in the bomber events. Well with a non axis controller no matter how you swing everything goes straight so how can that controller hit draws and fades well it's really pretty simple with JNPG and that's because of the shot shaper. A player sets the shot shaper for a draw and swings and produces a perfect draw and the reason why is 5hat with a non axis controller every shot is straight and with that the shot shaper does all the work. Now at 3C or RTSM if your not perfect it will alter the shot drastically and it's tougher to pull off a shot. For the record if a player is using an Xbox controller he very rarely will hit a straight shot at TP or Pro but a Speed link or other non axis it's 100% straight. The solution would be IMHO is to eliminate the ability to draw and fade with the shot shaper and only have it able to add and take off loft which I doubt PP would do but it would sure cure the controller issue and you can't shape the ball with a non axis controller. Just my two cents and don't hate the messenger.

Just curious. Even with a non axis controller, don't you still have to hit the snap?

Growing old is mandatory. Growing up is optional.

To be honest its pretty hard to not hit a non axis controller not straight and unfortunately not much you can do about it. In other words be in the vicinity and that baby is going straight.

Count me amongst the skeptics. I've always been a mouse player (3click) and probably always will be. Just curious, how do you determine if a player is using a mouse or a controller?
