Re: tour settings
If I set up a tourney for a real course I will always consult a 5 or 10 day weather forecast for that area, using the wind Directions given as well. Sun City the location of Gary Player Golf Course is experiencing a scorcher this week with just breezy conditions and calm. This will dry out the greens so I have added hard greens on one round. Very rarely that you will find 4 days of calm conditions. I will also look at the type of course and width of fairways, for instance a typical round for a coastal course will include gusty conditions at some point. If I use wind I will look at other things that will even it out. Perhaps play from shorter Tees or placde pins in central position. Golf as a game is always challenging and I like to be challenged fairly as I can. the setting of wind is rarely used so is Stimp 8 or 14.

Some people are like slinkies. Not much good for anything but bring a smile to your face when you push them downstairs!
