I've set up a google sheet here that you can download/copy/adjust (anyone with this link can do the same):

I've removed all of my stats from the sheet, so it's just the course listing data. The data comes directly from the *.description and *.unity3d files, except for the Type (real or fictional) and the Location. For courses that don't use the real name, I've included that in the location, followed by the city/state/country.

**EDIT: In looking at this data, it appears there is some confusion in the filename and designer for the courses. I will see if I can do a "quick" fix on these. Apologies for the errors.

**EDIT 2: I've fixed the information in the Google sheet as well as in the Excel file to download from ge.tt.
