I agree, whattsashot, that lack of drop for unplayable is on the game, not the gamer - in fact, after a water ball, I have had a drop 1000 yards back! So, not all on the gamer, though your shot in question was on you, not the game

158 Yards is the distance you had left after rolling back 50 yards, which yes is a bit extreme. But that's more of a course design or Unity issue.

I read a lot of complaints on drops but that has got to be near impossible to code for. So many time the placement of the drop is unique to the shot and course. All you can code for are basic drop rules which may not always apply. You have the option to rehit if your shot or drop is unplayable.
