Just Wondering

Post by slouis »

One of the negatives of PG is that once you save a round by "exiting" you cannot start a new round without losing the saved round. I'm wondering if anyone with coding skills could change this so that we could save more than one round and not lose saves by starting a new round?

I assume that this cannot be done since PG is owned by Trackman and it would be illegal to change the game without their permission. Actually I continue to be surprised that PG still exists on Steam considering the miniscule number of people who still play the game. A couple of nights ago I was playing PG and was one of 4 people.

Anyway, just wondering.

You can exit any PGLS tourney without losing the resume. For example I could play PGA 9 and exit after I played 2 holes, go off and play another PGLS tourney eg Survivor, complete it or otherwise and return to the PGA 9 round.

If you click "End Round" while on a tee, you can start a different round.

Thanks for the replies. I knew you could save rounds to be continued later for PGLS tournaments but I was hoping that saving casual rounds by exiting would not be lost if you started a new round.
