Recently, in the last year or so, I experience what I call slide by shots where, even if I hit the snap perfectly, the bottom of my meter (I use the swing meter as you can see in the video) the game is disregarding the snap, and keeps on going, producing a huge slice.
It has become worse in the last month or so. I have tried two or three different mouses, I have tired several setting on the DPI, but I still get the "slide by", often. I get the same with DPI at 750, 1000, and 1200.
I ordered a new mouse pad, and it was delivered today, so I don't know if it will make a difference.
If anyone has had this experience and corrected it, I would be grateful the information, or any suggestions anyone may have.

Not sure what you've got the VSYNC setting in PG on, but try the other 2 settings to test.
SETTINGS and under QUALITY is VSync.
