hit the ball into lateral hazard but should have given me the option of play as it lies instead the game froze giving me no option but to restart.

Hi Scoops,
The drop is still faulty on Perfect Golf and has been for some time.
As we can see from your screenshot that you had not entered a water hazard we will score you for a par on the hole, adding $25,000 to your overall total.
You have not specified if this was on round one or round 3, and so I have added the additional points onto round one.
