No Practice Course

What would be the cause of no Course's showing up in the Practice section of the carousel .

I cant find a file called Library also I have windows 10 if it even matters

Hey BR... there is no "Practice section of the carousel" as such.
There are three "carousel" practice courses available:

practice_courseb3
"PracticeCourse","author":"Tretee"
Practicegolf.jpg
and
practicearea1_0_0
"Woody's Practice Area","author":"MJ"
chipping2.jpg
These two folders must be in your courses folder for them to appear in your carousel.

Sounds like normal behaviour to me. When you select "practice" in the game, you are taken to the "practice range" and that is the only selection in the carousel.

If you want to practice at a specific course, you can start a solo game and then switch to "Practice" in the "game filter" (instead of "Stroke", "Match", "Skins", etc.).
