Welcome to the PGLS Tours
Hi everyone,
I would like to announce the availability of our newest tourney called PGLS Tours where you get to play on either the American Tour or the Continental Tour, both of which cover a 46-week season.
This is effectively a simulation of the real PGA Tour and European Tour so in effect this can also be considered as a CAREER option.
To sign-up please go to PGLS Participation and click "Yes" against PGLS Tours ...
ucp.php?i=207
Full rules can be found here and please pay particular attention to your allocated and guest tours setup ...
rules.php?ruleset=29
Please note the PGLS Tours start on Friday 3rd January 2020. Players can sign-up after this date but with a reduced maximum of guest tours depending on when the player signs up.
Please note that this tourney may undergo some changes in the coming month but these, if any, will be announced prior to the start next month.
Good luck to all players who take part.

Re: Welcome to the PGLS Tours
I did not see an option to select which tour to participate in as my default tour, will that be an option? Thanks for keeping things interesting Mark and crew.

PGLS Admin will decide which tour a player is assigned to, as per the PGLS Tour rules.

Re: Welcome to the PGLS Tours
Just read about this one - many thanks to all the hard work in setting up a great new challenge.
Great game with an excellent set of tournament options on this site and a fantastic effort by all those behind the scenes.
Really appreciate work and look forward to the start of this new concept.

Re: Welcome to the PGLS Tours
Your home Tour will be the Continental one. You can also pick 8 weeks to play on the American Tour (those weeks you will not be on the Continental Tour as you can't be in 2 places at once just like real life!)kypran wrote: Mon Dec 02, 2019 9:44 am Hi i don't understand all

If you go into PGLS Participation and tick yes against PGLS Tours, you can click on My Tours and pick which 8 events you like the courses of and submit.
Hope that helps.
The scores may be unrealistic, or even a joke but heyho, that's what we got.
Play well and enjoy your game everyone!
btw, not a game for snowflakes.

Re: Welcome to the PGLS Tours
Great Idea to set up this Tournament! But one Question: why you set an english Course for the French Open? There so good French Courses available!
i'm no certified 3 Clicker but a real Sportmen
Re: Welcome to the PGLS Tours
As far as I know there is only one French course available to us - Le Golf National. It's ok but not that special, in my opinion. So I chose The Old Warden, which is an excellent course and could easily be located in France.
The American Tour has a lot of very good, real courses - but the Continental Tour does not have that luxury unfortunately, so I have had to improvise!

Re: Welcome to the PGLS Tours
Great stuff, guys!
One question so far - how do the points from tournaments after the Tour Championship get used?
Sorry, two questions. I take it all tournaments are stroke play. The one WGC Match play event would also be stroke?
