Lenovo Gaming Laptop

Post by Kimmer1947 »

I've never had a gaming laptop before. Due to personal circumstances, I will be purchasing a gaming laptop soon. I am interested in a 17' screen. I've done a little shopping online at the typical computer stores, and noticed some Lenovo Gaming Laptops at Newegg that appeared to have good specs in my price-range.

Does anyone have any strong opinions for or against Lenovo Gaming Laptops??? Thanks in advance for any comments.

never had one, but never heard anything bad about em either
I would expect their gaming laptops to be about as good as any others.

I recently purchased the Lenovo desktop. Super quiet and runs PG nicely. Lenovo has always been a well respected company. Kim, what is your price range?

I've toned down my enthusiasm for a 17" monitor. Here are the specs of the model that I think I will purchase:

2021 Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3, 15.6" FHD (1920 x 1080) 120Hz Display, AMD Ryzen 5-5600H Processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060, Windows 10H, Backlit Keyboard+Accessories(16GB RAM|1TB PCIe SSD)

Anything I'm missing???

Looks like a good choice. $1320 at Amazon or are you buying somewhere else?
