HOW TO : Find your Steam ID in-game

Forum rules
If you have recently joined PGLS you won't be able to create topics / replies to the forums or be able to take part in any tournies until you provide your Steam ID. This can be found in the PG game by clicking on the "HOW TO : Find your Steam ID in-game" topic in the "Announcements" section below.

HOW TO : Find your Steam ID in-game

Hi everyone,

To take part in the ladders & tournies at PGLS you will be required to provide your Steam ID as PGLS uses the Perfect Golf API which requires it.

To add your Steam ID do the following ...
  1. Open Perfect Golf.
  2. Open the console by pressing the F8 key. F8 is the default key but if that doesn't work then check what key has been assigned by going to SETTINGS > CONTROLS to find Console which will show the correct key to use.
  3. In the console that appears type in netid and then press ENTER on your keyboard.

  4. The long number that appears beginning 7656 similar to the above is your Steam ID. Please let us know this long number so that you are able to start enjoying what we have to offer at PGLS.
