Tournaments not showing up under Main menu -> Tournaments

I'm helping a guy and he registered here...

And he provided his correct steam ID and everything.....

Even when he restarted computer over and over....

The tournaments won't show up under Tournaments -> Public

What might be wrong here?

Did he go to PGLS Participation (User Control Panel) and add the tournaments he wants to participate in?

That might be the case.... I didn't have to do that, but I'm old and been here for 1.5 years....

so if he clicks all and submits...... is there a cache time for this to take affect?

By default at least 3 tournies would show in PG - TOURNAMENTS - PUBLIC even if a player made no changes.
