The Lakes Country Club Course files missing

I went to download and install the course for this weeks PGA9 tournament but when I unpacked the zip file there were no files in the folder.
Any idea why?

I, downloaded the course from the PGLS site and no problems try that

Every PGLS tourney has a "Course / Conditions" page where you can download the course from ...

tourney_pga9_courses_api.php

The Lakes Country Club course download at PGLS is perfectly fine.
