PGLS Tours 2024
The 2024 season will have only one major change. After looking at the attendance, for each week, in 2023 it seems we get the best results during the Major tournaments. I will be adding more for 2024. This will not only help attendance but I can use less courses, which means, I will not use some of the current courses that get the least amount of players. I am open for any suggestions, anyone would like to submit, especially on how we can get more players to finish all four rounds. The completion rate for 2023 was about 70%. For those you do not play this tour or gave it up please give it another try. Thanks for all that participated in 2023 and hope to see you in 2024.

Re: PGLS Tours 2024
I sometimes find it too repetitive playing the same course four times in a row. So maybe alternating between the two furthest back tees so it plays a bit different tee to green. If API allows maybe even alternating tees between odd even holes within a round.
This also could help with players finishing the tournament.

Re: PGLS Tours 2024
I tried using different T's last year, one time. I got some negative feedback so never tried again. I will try again this year and see if I get any reaction. Thanks for the comments.

Great job this past year, Alan - most appreciated by the players!! I like the idea of varying the Tees during a tournament to offer contrasts during the tourney rounds.

Might change my outfit and also look for a golf ball that doesn't like sand or water

Re: PGLS Tours 2024
Don't know what the negative feedback was, but that's why I suggested using just the longer Tees. Using the Red and White forward tees can make the courses play to easy and unrealistic. I'm sure most players are looking for a realistic type of tournament setup.
Just to play one less club into the green or trying to carry a hazard you couldn't quite clear from the tips. Just to shake it up some.

Re: PGLS Tours 2024
The negative feedback was that the PGA never uses anything but the longest T's so the tour would not be realistic. I agree not using ladies, forward or member t's but back, tournament and championship would make it more interesting.

The fairways would be so chewed up making it hard not to land in a divot if they didn't move the tees during a tournament event. You often hear the announcers saying how the moved the tees up or back 50 yds at times. So playing from the same spot every rd is not realistic either.
