Re: Putts That Just Won't Go In

My golf ball is a free spirit. It likes to play in the sand, splash about in water, and explore woods, ditches and properties alongside the fairways before eventually dropping in the hole. I plead with it to nestle on the short grass like all the other well-behaved little golf balls belonging to the ...

Lewes Manor, stimp 13. Just saying.

Unable to download Millbrook for Divisions

I don't have Millbrook in my current courses folder but get this message when I try to download:
"The file you are trying to download is no longer available"
Is there anywhere else I can get the course?
Thanks in anticipation

I agree. Great way to hone shots from bunkers, rough, under trees etc.

Re: Plugged

If distance to pin is in feet, I treat it as if yards and club accordingly - using a full shot if necessary. So if pin is 75ft away, I'd use a lob wedge full shot on full elevation. Won't work if plugged in sod high up the face or if lip is too close, obviously. Should roll out somewhere near ...

Re: Unable to finish Skillz

Hi Mark
Sorry for the delay - only just seen this. Yes, tried again to finish round 2, takes me to final standings page with option to "close", bu then doesn't record the round and offers "resume" again in tournament listing.

Re: Unable to finish Skillz

Hi Mark
Thanks for suggestions. Selected round 4 and played/completed no problem, but still has me on Resume on hole 18 for round 2. Played 18 again, but once again has me on thru 17. Very odd. No matter. I'll skip it.

Unable to finish Skillz

Keep finishing hole 18 in round 2 but each time takes me to final scoreboard, shows me through 17 and offers "close" but when I do so, exits me from round and offers "resume". Tried this 3 times and same thing happens every time. Is this specific to this event/round or is it a general issue ...
