how do I download a Stock course I've deleted..?

I think by verifying your files in steam?

Yes i had the same problem Lawn and Andy is right just go to steam hit properties then verify local files and it will put the course back on.. :)

its a huge file so that might be the problem

Make sure you don't use Internet Explorer to download courses. I can confirm the download works for Chrome and Firefox.

Downloaded fine via my Firefox 65.0.1(64-Bit.
