website now gone for me too Buck
The scores may be unrealistic, or even a joke but heyho, that's what we got.

Play well and enjoy your game everyone! :drinks:

btw, not a game for snowflakes.

Very strange indeed. Still able to play all courses and tournaments, but web site seems to be non-existent any more. Can this be the reason for all of the down time on the web site in the past few weeks? Were they in the process of setting up control to another site, Steam/Trackman? If this is the case we may be losing access to a user forum we have been accustom to learning about new courses in development which will be very disappointing to me at least.
I guess we can only wait and see if anything will be clarified by PP/Trackman in the near future.

@Arsam

I echo your concerns. The official forum had a lot of things going for it.
They must have changed something because in the past when the site & forum were down, online play was also down -- which isn't the case now.

That's good for the game and multiplayer, but the uncertainty about the fate of the official forum is concerning.

Isn't what we are seeing indicative of a domain name not being renewed? Could be a case of someone snoozing at the wheel and not realizing renewal was imminent. Or it could indicate something new in the works? Drum roll please....

It is true, of late especially..

My uncle got snowed out of his house for a couple weeks, then I went skiing for a week, and now he's gone again..
I've barely played at all.

It's what made me finally join here to see if I could drum up some interest to tee it up..

I would just hate for the forum to be gone mainly from the course designers angle, as that's where the only action is anymore there.

Yeah it's still gone and very strange. You would think that one of the Devs would chime in and let us know what's going on but nothing. I am beginning to wonder how much longer before they pull the plug all together and hope my gut is wrong but I got that feeling. I never liked the idea of not being to able to play the game offline or not having hard copy of game. Sadly I believe they never wanted the game to end up like links 2003 where the community kept the game going. Time will tell the story.

Hey Greens...

I really hope the site isn’t gone, for many reasons, but mainly because I think it’d be really poor form and a tremendously unprofessional exit and finish for Mike and Andrew.

You just don’t treat paying, loyal, long time customers like that - in my book anyhow.

Hopefully something more positive is afoot and the reason the site is still gone.

Buck I concur and hope it's for something bigger and better but I am not holding my breath. I just the game stays around and doesn't disappear and I myself have been playing more TGC 2019 for this reason as I have to have a golf game if this one goes away. Let's hope it's something good.

Very strange this. It's not looking good if you ask me. This can not be a mistake. As no forward warning was given on the forum and no e-mail a.o. message has been forwarded to forum a/o game users, this must be a bad sign. I have TGC 2019 loaded too and although inferior in many ways it's a good back up if JNPG is defunct. I sure hope to the contrary and keeping my fingers crossed! :ermm:
