Just a thought - when a course is easier or has an easier setup, it is to the advantage of a higher handicap player. They would find it easier to pick up more shots than a low handicapper.

Think about it, someone who is -5 might get to -10 on an easy course, but a +9 could easily slip in a -1 if the conditions are right. When conditions are tougher, it is the higher handicapper who suffers more as they haven't got the all round game skills to offset the increase in difficulty.

Some to chew over before everyone pulls out, lol.
The scores may be unrealistic, or even a joke but heyho, that's what we got.

Play well and enjoy your game everyone! :drinks:

btw, not a game for snowflakes.

Just to back up the post above. Currently I would need to shoot -19 each round to go joint top in the current event, but there is someone at -30 after 3 rounds, so I would need to shoot -21 gross each round just to tie!

In order for handicaps to work properly, the events need to be a little testing, you may then see more minus handicap people playing. I don't mean Tuff Stuff challenging, but reasonable so high handicappers can still post just under nett scores too.

Just thoughts and observations.
