Driving distance
Hi everyone
I've been playing a few tournaments on PGLS and have been doing okay but I've noticed that I'm 154th in driving distance even though I feel like I'm making very good swings. So I was wondering if there are perhaps advantages and disadvantages to certain swing types? I'm using mouse swing, but maybe RTS gives you better distance, while lacking accuracy.
I would appreciate it if someone could shed some light on this.
Cheers

Re: Driving distance
Just so you know RTS swings aren't allowed in PGLS tournies.
Personally I use 3C but I have heard the Caliber ball gives better distances.

Re: Driving distance
Thanks guys. How does one get your hands on another ball (so to speak ;-) I tried in the game but it only gives me the default. Is it only available to purchase through onlinegolftour?

The Caliber ball is available in-game by clicking on "Pro Shop" across the top, then selecting "BALLS".

Re: Driving distance
That ball is more accurate but is actually shorter than the other one. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the swing type.....what else could it be?
