Why limit the solo round to only 9 holes? It would be nice to have the option to create a full 18 hole round also.

You can achieve the Full 18 by creating 2 identical CAG's with Front 9 and Back 9 holes.

Having said that I will look into adding that option.

It is possible to create an ALMOST solo 18-hole round because I use it all the time to rate a course.

1. Set up a PGLS18 game with your required conditions.
2. In 'Tournaments' --> 'Public', select your PGLS18 game - but use 2 human golfers. This enables the round to begin.
3. When your 2 players have completed the 1st hole, KICK the golfer you don't want to be, and you will then be able to play all 18 holes on your own.

I haven't tried it, but you might be able to KICK the non-required golfer on the 1st tee, and then continue...

Players can now set whether "Dynamic Sky" is On or Off.

By default when added a new createAgame (CAG) it is set to "On".

Would be interested to know if there is a performance gain / hit when changing this option.

Have we all concluded that the Adaptive Lighting causes the 3D course grass to sparkle?

I just played with both Adaptive Lighting and Sky Scattering Effects enabled. I then disabled on of them at a time and proceeded to play 1 hole each way. I don't see any sparkle on the 3D grass on this weeks CTP. Now I wonder if the sparkle effect is when the weather is enabled.

Me too Mark! :hmmm:

I decided to experiment with "sparkle grass" . I can't reproduce it! I guess back when I saw it happening for a couple of months it must have been due to an nVidia Driver version.

Maybe others see it when they play a 3D grass course. IDK :hmmm:
