Handicaps - Level of play
Just a thought...shouldn't someone with a -1 or negative handicap be at Pro Level on this...just thinking out-loud to myself.

Not always as their handicap is based on the level they are playing so a guy at -1 at Tour Pro level if he went down to Pro his scores would be better and he might be -5 at Pro level. No easy way to do it but I think they have managed to get the handicap thing down pretty good and not everybody will be happy all the time.
