Kingswood 3DG
Is anyone else experiencing horrible lag playing this course? I played my first round of the tourney and got no higher than 2fps while ball was on ground and no higher than 8fps while ball was in air. Also the swing meter was extremely laggy when clicking.

Re: Kingswood 3DG
yes Kevin I do and it keeps crashing on me. i play a few holes and then it crashes I reload and a few holes later it throws me out of pg. so unable to play pga9 this week fed up with it. I think its my graphics card but lots of guys with really good cards have had trouble so something is wrong.

Re: Kingswood 3DG
I have played it a few times in practice but with RTSM and RTSC and had no issues but could see some with 3C as the meter could be a little jumpy. For the record I have a GTX 760 and on some of the intensive courses playing 3C I have had meter issues and we all now how that can really screw a shot up.

Re: Kingswood 3DG
Yea, ok, thought it was maybe just me but if others are having issues as well then that makes me a bit happier... I am also not going to even attempt to finish the pga9, not a fun experience. Really sucks that players who don't have top of the line pcs or graphics cards are penalized during tournaments due to courses they choose...

Re: Kingswood 3DG
Curious what your card is as my GTX760 does well in the game and yes sometimes the FPS might drop to around 20 to 25 on a high intensive course but not 2. What are your specs?

Re: Kingswood 3DG
I'm on an older laptop so probably the worst specs possible but most of the other courses run just fine for me, get anywhere between 15-25fps per round.
Re: Kingswood 3DG
My laptop is 4 years old and I've also had a problem with the PGA9 course, so much so that I also will not be finishing the event this week - and will probably steer clear of 3DG courses in future, expecting the same problem. Slightly jerky and not a good meter so not much point in playing. Shame really because the NON-3DG version is extremely good...
Re: Kingswood 3DG
Played rounds 1 and 2 ok but on round 3 my swing meter would not move past 2nd dot so had to withdraw from pga9 this week.

Re: Kingswood 3DG
It seems the 3dg is corsing problems with older equipment. We will try not to use 3dg on future courses but already noticing some new courses are adding 3dg as standard
