Indices in scorecards of new/updated courses

Hi, the scorecards of new/updated courses show the number and the length of a hole but not the index of the hole. Why is this so?

The indexes are only shown for our PG Classics tourney which uses handicaps …

I find it usefull to have the indexes on the scorecard of every new course because otherwise the scorcard is incomplete.

You could download the "Hole Viewer" spreadsheet utility and make a jpg image of any full scorecard.
