Played round 1 at Bellerive and scored 5 under. Immediately checked your site and the correct score was on the leaderboard.
However, the next time I went to play a few hours later the first round was marked as "resume" and I had to play the final shot on hole 9 again. Any idea how this happens ?
"Resume" at Bellerive.
Re: "Resume" at Bellerive.
Hi Dave,
It should have taken your score ok, and if the scorecard is showing and the final hole is completed on the site, then your score is officially 'in'.
What may be happening, if it is a round where two players have been playing, is the information that tells the game it is closed out may be delayed for the second player in the group. We will have to check further on this.
The scorecard we have in for your round is as follows:
http://pgls.golfladders.co.uk/forums/to ... .php?id=28
which was recorded to the leaderboard at Sat Jul 16, 2016 3:43 pm.
If your scores appear correct on the site, no damage can be done by playing out the final shot if it is saying resume.... it will not change your recorded hole finishing score from before. It is simply that it has forgotten you have actually closed out the hole. Some adjustment should mean this no longer happens, so we will take a look at some logs and see if we can sharpen it up somewhat.

Re: "Resume" at Bellerive.
Just had the same thing happen in round two at Bellerive. In both rounds I was playing alone so do you mean there might be two players in different locations at the same time. Do you think this is a JNPG generated problem.
At first glace it's worrying. WT* is an easy reaction.

Re: "Resume" at Bellerive.
What dictates the "Resume" button showing is if a save game exists for you on that round. I can confirm though that no save games exist for you in this regard unless you played the round out again and your score / stats are intact on the Leaderboard.
Not sure if anyone else has had this happen to them or just not reported it, which makes this even more mysterious.

Re: "Resume" at Bellerive.
I had the same experience at an OGT tournament only worse.
I had to resume at the final shot at the final hole 4 times, then I had to resume at the first hole. Haven't heard from OGT about it but they've only known about it for a couple of days..
It's a bind to have to replay a single shot several times but no way am I going to start over again on the first tee.
"What dictates the "Resume" button showing is if a save game exists for you on that round."
I've never seen an option to save a game. If you quit out of a round it comes back at you with the resume option, unless I'm missing something. My understanding also is that if I tried to play a tournament I had to say no, I don't want to resume this (non related) round and this is what I always do.
I kept the first few occasions this arose to myself but I did also mention a different incidence of this on the PP forum but other than sympathy from fellow players I heard nothing from an official source but then again, what's new !

Re: "Resume" at Bellerive.
I will look into this.
The fact you are getting a "Resume" button is wrong because we know you have scored your round as can be seen from the Leaderboard.
Please leave this with me.
