Pauses, Jumps, Slides and Low FPS

Post by RandyG »

Hello

I'm asking if anyone can pinpoint the reason some courses but not other courses have the above mentioned problems..... "Pauses, Jumps, Slides and Low FPS"

Is there a good explanation for this concerning maybe a new designer that would like to start designing so he/she doesn't have these course related issues?

I say 'course related' because I've tried every video setting I could to smooth these questionable courses out with no good results. Therefore it isn't anyone's computer making these problems since most courses are smooth playing with decent FTP.

What is it?

I'd like to hear possible if not direct reasons for the issues.

Thanks

randy

over planting is one thing that creates the low FPS and and graphic issues for most
this even happens on my 1060 6gb card like the dancing rabbit is a hog on the fps and that also creates
the jittering you see at times where the ball stops and goes while in flight.

Thanks Dave but I was wondering if there is an actual reason why this happens on some courses and not others.

What is being done wrong to create a low FTP course?

I can see why it might be a large mb course but then some of the large courses play just fine.

It would be great for the game if this issue was busted.

I can see a lower end computer might have a slight issue but that shouldn't be the case, most older cards or integrated video on the low end should have no problems.
I run a 1070 ti an have issues.
