Round 4 Palm Beach

hit a drive in the water no drop offered so I had to get out no choice of shot given either
then we had to restart 2 times due to this and was given 2 penality stroke we should not have gotten
please remove I know it doesn't make much difference but the stuff needs to be reported.

Penalty strokes removed.

Seems to be rife with this course.
