Played Rd 1 of Stableford. Completed all 9 holes. (I have film) Shot gross score of -3. Leaderboard shows I am through hole 4 with a score of +2 (I never had a bogey..6 pars, 3 birds), and the tournament entry page on JNPG shows no resume, only enter Rd 2. ISP never went down the entire round.
Any ideas?

It was showing a resume for Round 1 on Hole 9 but data elsewhere indeed showed you had played up to Hole 4.
I've removed the Round 1 resume which leaves you as only completed Round 2. You should now see Round 1 in-game and ready to play.
