Gets my vote too. Thought I'd not seen it before.Hope it can be implemented for all events.

Find it very helpful as an 'at a glance' feature'. Allows you then to prioritise your rounds without having to skim through the pages on site to find the event end time (not that I don't want to visit the site, lol).

Not sure if for events with a cut deadline it could say 'CUT' and then once the cut is made it then shows as END. So for example, with Survivor it would say CUT for Rd1, CUT for Rd2, CUT for Rd3 and then END for Rd 4. Not sure of the admin involved for that.

Also, the end time shown, is that for each players own timezone or one generic reference?

Also a big +1 if it is possible to factor in the elevation details on the tournament tab too.

We are a bit limited to what can be squeezed in there and the addition of the elevation may start clipping of characters but will see what I can do.

At the moment it shows when it ends based on GMT / BST but again I will see what I can do.

GMT/BST is fine for me (being selfish, lol) as I'm in the UK, lol.

Not sure on the event tab if here is a free line for text under the course/player name (although it does look a tight fit). That for me would be an ideal spot for the elevation data, even if it only showed something like +350 (if 350 ft above S/L).

This is best done by the designer. I think you only see it in solo play though or whoever sets multiplayer can see it?

That said, it would be a nice best practice. Just like flagging the 3DG courses on the splash.

I used to edit them myself for my game but I gave up on it due to all the updates being done of courses
PITA to have to stop and swap out the splash screens with every update. this is something that should be done by the designer. but to get this done is like trying to get them to put challenge tees into the courses. just a waste of time even asking as I have done that before on the PP forums just to be ignored. the quickest way I have found to find out the elevations is to go to the PGLS tourneys tab find the tourney you are wanting to find out and clicking the courses/conditions tab.

to be honest, here these things asking to be added to the ingame tourney tabs are only being ask for to
circumvent having to come to the PGLS site which I don't really agree with as I think all who play the tourneys should spend some time on the site.

But wasn't it you asking to have the elevation details added to the tourney tab earlier in this thread, lol?
davefv92c wrote: Fri Jan 31, 2020 10:58 pm to be honest, looks good but I would have much rather seen the course elevation on this tab so I did not have to go into the course database to find it at times.
got any room to squeeze that in there somewhere Mark?

some just seem not to want to stop by much if at all after they do their participation page.
so I see you are here now to pick apart certain people's posts just like on the other forum.
wow, I guess it is true some things just never change.
