On hole 18 of the final round of the PGA 9 I hit my drive into the lat hazard. The game froze and I had to exit and then rehit. The second tee shot found the rough, but not the hazard. Anyway, I played through the hole and scored a 4, but when I looked at my score card I was charged a penalty stroke. I went back and played 18 to verify that the lat hazard gives you the option to play it as it lies and it does. So, there should not be a penalty stroke when the lat hazard allows a play "it as it lies" option.
Its not going to change my position in the tourny or anything, just sorta of a bum wrap...
