Penalty Strokes Skewed

Ok today I am playing the PGA 18 and after the 12th hole there were no scores up and I finished and shot 66 but it was not showing up in the leaderboard online here or no email for completed round. So I go back into the game and there are no events showing so I go out again and a few minutes later I go in and the events are there and it takes me back to Resume and I am on the 12th hole. So I finish and shoot 65 but with one penalty stroke and end up for with a 66 that I originally shot. Now I am not asking for the stroke back as it all worked out but I am pointing out that these penalty strokes are again skewed and we are at the mercy of steam and the system and it happens more and more lately as if steam decides to run one of their updates while your playing you are screwed. I know there is not a lot that can be done other than when it happens it can be wiped off but very frustrating sometimes when it happens. Other than that and good round as always. Cheers.

that can happen when there is a steam disconnect, more they likely we will see more post to this thread with the same info you are posting.
at least that is what I have figured when it has happened to me. which is in another post around here with this same topic.
seems the older this game gets the more stupid stuff happens.

Does seem to happen on a regular basis. In your case you were fortunate enough to end up with the same score, but it is really annoying if you have to resume somewhere after completing the course and end up a couple of strokes worse off.
