Just had a quick look and found a tear on the first hole just left of the bunker that is about 120 yards from the green.

A really nice looking and playable course. Lots of swails and slopes make some approaches and chips/pitches challenging.
One negative is the use of O.B. on ocean holes. While that is the right to make local rules, it's customary that water is deemed a hazard, not OB.
