Hi,

When you go into the game, the only games you will now be seeing is those which are for your set level. Your Tour level is set at Amateur.

This week you will be seeing the PGA18 event, named The Mid-Western Finance Amateur Championship.

You will also see the PGLS Open - September, which is set at Amateur and allows all players on PGLS to enter. This runs through the whole month with a cut performed after two rounds of play happening tonight in just over 8 hours time.

When you look on the website, under the Tournies button, each event is headed by the level of play it is representing that week.

This week the PGA18 leaderboard clearly shows Amateur at the top of the board - http://pgls.golfladders.co.uk/forums/to ... es_api.php

If you look at the PGA9 leaderboard and the Stableford leaderboard, they show a Pro level of play - http://pgls.golfladders.co.uk/forums/to ... rd_api.php
http://pgls.golfladders.co.uk/forums/to ... rd_api.php

On a week-by-week basis we swap the two formats - 9 and 18 holes - to give everyone a chance to play both formats of play and at least 72 holes per week (six days, of course), not including the PGLS Open.

Hope this makes it clearer.

Mike

Ok... so in answer to your question... more rounds... yes.

When? As soon as a format is decided upon and the work is done to make it possible.

I hope we don't force you back to WGT but we can't wave a wand and get things up and running immediately. If your patience runs out, then I guess it is good to have a fall-back.

I'm glad that our tourneys now cater for both Pro and AM players at least for the forseable future. A good Pro I believe will still rank high and if there are players who consistantly command higher scores than top of the range pros then they should be encourage to move up in levels. The results have so far been reflective of the lvl with Pros mainly filling the top ten spots. I'm sure thAt the average Amature player like myself is delight to be able to enter and compete with all levels. Thank you to management and team for making this possible.
