Zanesville

Post by tanman05851 »

Does anyone else have a horrible lag problem with this course?Any key stroke or mouse click has a delayed reaction.Using the BLI is very problematic.
FPS is not an issue.
Things I have tried-Took Steam offline-same problem
Played last weeks course-there were no issues.
I have not tried uninstalling and reinstalling the course.I will do that next if no one else has the issue. Thanks

So I guess my question(to the public in general-not you personally) is why is this course being used? Why is no one else noticing? There were some comments over on the other forum including A Crusher video with no mention of the lag.Strange.

I found the course a bit laggy especially when clicking in the overhead view and also between shots it took a few seconds to move on.

Meter wasn't completely smooth either but still managed a birdie on the first.

I just played a couple of holes and had no issues. I also created a game at Zanesville and again no issues. My video card is a RTX 2080 but not sure that makes the difference. Steam sometimes can cause an issue also. This am played Nebraska Dunes stableford and it had terrible jitters. Played only one hole. Rebooted my computer and played later with no issues. Would think there would be more comments if everyone had these issues. I try not to use courses that would cause problems and will think twice about using this course every again.

Other people not complaining also baffles me.I've got an i5 8400 and a 1060 6gb.I've seen the occasional meter stutter etc but never lag like this.I did reboot number of times.Guess I"ll try installing and reinstalling-it's all that's left.

Between verifying the game files and uninstalling/reinstalling the course it's much better. There is definitely still some lag but not enough that I would say anything about. So thanks for the suggestion.
