hi guys,
just a quick tip if your experiencing connection problems.
this worked for me.
windows sets dns automatically so change dns settings to manual.
click network
click change adaptor settings
highlight ipv4
select properties
click manual dns servers
preferred dns server: 8.8.8.8.
alternative dns server:8.8.4.4.
good luck
problems connecting to pg and pgls etc.
