going to have to wait for Mark to see this to fix it.
I am not sure if I remove the resume your score will take.

I had something similar happen last night. Sunk the last putt, clicked Continue, and the game hung. I had to exit PG. Checked PGLS - no indication the score had registered. Restarted PG, which had me resume the game before the final putt. I sunk it again, no further problems this time and I viewed the leaderboard. Checked PGLS again, where I had two notes, one indicating it had registered the score the first time, and the second indicating that the second ending was a repeat of the same round and wouldn't count.

(Edit: The above happened in my The Divisions round, not PGLS Tours.)

I'll wait. -13 with a 6" putt for birdie. Don't want to lose that good score

Drgnslyr221, I cannot see any round details for you at all eg according to the database you haven't hit a single shot :hmmm:

Close PG, restart Steam, open PG and complete the round. Let me know when you have so I can trace what's going on.

I've also rolled you back to the 18th tee but I'm not certain that will fix this. :hmmm:
